Aktepe Ayvalık Oily Pickled Black Olives

It is produced from carefully collected olives of Ayvalık region. The olives are turned in certain time intervals with the addition of salt in olive containers, allowing the salt to be dispersed and digested among the olives. This process takes 3 to 6 months. It matures with the "Naturally Fermented" method without undergoing any chemical treatment. Olives that have completed their fermentation are produced completely naturally.

Terms of Use and Storage

· Keep the lid closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. (You can keep it in the refrigerator)

· Do not expose to air for a long time.
